Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 1989 was repealed and replaced with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 from 1 July 2010. Accordingly, from 1 July 2010 the Freedom of Information Gazette is no longer published and the policy documents of individual Government agencies are available on their respective web sites.
