The first planning application for Australia’s largest integrated transport project has been lodged, with approval being sought for the widening of the M4.

WestConnex will be delivered in three stages, with major work on the first stage to start in early 2015. 

The 33km motorway will link Sydney’s west and south-west with the CBD, Sydney Airport and Port Botany. 

A new WestConnex website has also been launched.
