The Australian Olympic Team will be showered in green and gold flutter as the crowd proudly welcomes home the athletes and officials from the London 2012 Olympic Games.
When: From midday, Monday 20 August
Location: George Street, Sydney
Make your way to George Street, Sydney for a 12.00pm kick off from Circular Quay.
The parade will finish at Town Hall with an official welcome home ceremony by the NSW Premier and Lord Mayor of Sydney.
There will be plenty of colour, excitement and cheering as we feature a special thank you to London; acknowledge the spectacular performance of all our athletes by sport; and pay tribute to Brazil 2016 with dancers and drummers that will fire up one of Sydney's busiest streets.
Let's make the 2012 Australian Olympic Team feel welcome back on their home land.
