The New South Wales Government website is organised by NSW Government services and information. Most services are registered by NSW Government agencies.

The New South Wales Government reserves the right to determine the wording and placement of any listing and to include, exclude or withdraw any content at its absolute discretion.

What services and information are eligible for inclusion on the NSW Government website?
We include services and information with substantial content relevant to New South Wales created by federal, state and local government agencies. We also include relevant non-government information of a non-competitive nature. We cannot guarantee that your request will be accepted, as it will be reviewed by New South Wales Government editorial staff.

How will I know if a link has been approved?
A reply email will be prepared and the status of your request will be provided, eg Approved, Under Consideration or Rejected.

Please note: We do not approve link registration requests of a commercial nature.

How long does the process take?
All requests received are processed during working hours Monday to Friday and it is expected that review and approval/rejection should take less than two (2) weeks under normal conditions.
