Library database

NSW public libraries receive free access to ten essential statewide digital databases. These databases cover current affairs, health and science to the environment and include Australia/New Zealand Reference Centre, Consumer Health Complete, Science Reference Center and GreenFILE.

National Library of Australia

The Library's collections of Australiana have developed into the nation's single most important resource of materials recording the Australian cultural heritage.

Mobile libraries

There are 23 mobile libraries in New South Wales, managed by local government and servicing remote and isolated communities.
