Pennant St, Parramatta NSW 2150
66 new homes are in progress at Parramatta, across 3 sites. They are dedicated to social, affordable and key-worker housing.
The project includes a direct investment of land and a financial contribution by the NSW Government. It also includes funding through the Australian Government’s National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation.
These 66 homes will include:
- 22 units at Irving Street
- 16 units at Collett Parade
- 28 units at Collett Parade and Pennant Street.
They will be a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom layouts suitable for singles, couples and families.
They will be made up of 40% social housing, 40% affordable housing and 20% diverse rental housing across the 3 sites.
They will also be located in walking distance to the Western Sydney University Parramatta Campus. They are just 3 km from the Parramatta CBD.
Mono Constructions has been appointed to support the delivery of these high-quality homes.
When fully completed in 2026, the project will deliver homes for more than 100 new tenants.
