Pennant St, Parramatta NSW 2150
Homes NSW, in partnership with Hume Housing, is delivering 66 new homes dedicated to social, affordable and key-worker housing across 3 sites in Parramatta.
The project is supported by a direct investment of land and a financial contributions by the NSW Government, along with funding from the Australian Government through Housing Australia. Together, these investments are helping to increase access to safe, secure and well-located housing for the community.
The 66 new homes will be delivered across the following locations:
- 22 units at Irving Street
- 16 units at Collett Parade
- 28 units at Collett Parade and Pennant Street.
The homes will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed to meet the needs of singles, couples and families.
All homes will be located within walking distance of the Western Sydney University Parramatta Campus and approximately 3 kilometres from the Parramatta CBD, providing residents with convenient access to education, employment, transport and local services.
Mono Constructions has been appointed to support the delivery of these high-quality homes.
When fully completed in 2026, the project will provide homes for more than 100 new tenants, supporting housing diversity and strengthening the Parramatta community.
