Status: Completed
We completed our 5-storey building on Phillip Street in 2022. It is just 8 minutes’ walk from St Marys Station and the future St Marys Metro station.
McGregor Westlake Architecture designed the building. It includes:
- 23 one-bedroom units
- 21 two-bedroom units
- 20 basement car parking spaces.
The property features landscaped communal areas. It incorporates environmental design features, including:
- solar power for common areas
- a central rainwater tank for the gardens.
It has a 7-star rating under the Australian Government’s Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme.
The development has 2 lifts and 5 adaptable units for residents with mobility issues. All units have been built to the Livable Housing Australia guidelines.
