You will have the chance to meet organisations such as Diabetes Australia, Meals on Wheels, Dementia NSW, 365 Care, and additional local services, all in one welcoming and accessible setting. The event is designed to foster connection, raise awareness of available supports, and encourage participation in the club’s ongoing programs and activities.
