Research shows that art therapy for people living with dementia can increase their quality of life as well as their overall wellbeing. It can offer the participant a way of self-expression through drawing, painting, creativity and music.
During Seniors Festival, why not come along to the Library and experience an introduction to art therapy for people living with dementia. Saulan, the presenter will provide you an opportunity to become creative, discover the joy of imagination and allow you to communicate through the medium of art.
