Sports Zone
Come and try a new sport. Table Tennis NSW and dancing with Denise will be running a range of interactive activities.
Tech Hub
Norton, ID Support NSW and Be Connected - E-Safety Commission will be able to answer all your tech questions. From being safe and protecting yourself online to scanning QR codes, the team can answer all your tech questions.
Building and Construction Zone
The Men's Shed team will be constructing a cubby house each day. Come and watch or help them build the cubby house and find out how you can get involved in your local Men's Shed.
Community Connections Zone
Come and chat to a range of organisations that offer programs which encourage you, as seniors, to connect with community.
Wellbeing Zone
This year we are offering a range of workshops in our wellbeing zone.
Travel
Jump onboard one of two luxury coaches and explore the magic of road travel. Visit Travel to Africa and explore travelling around the world.
Government Hub
We have a large amount of state and federal government agencies attending this years expo to answer all your questions.
Be sure to collect your free Seniors Card showbag from the Seniors Card stand, get a photo in the NSW Police buggy, learn about the NSW Government solar rebate, pat a Police puppy, have a photo with Multicultural NSW and so much more.

Channel 7
Listen to your favourite Channel 7 stars on the main stage on Wednesday 12 March 2025 from 12:05pm-12:35pm and Thursday 13 March 2025 from 1:30pm - 2pm. Then head on over to the Channel 7 stand for a meet and greet with your favourite Channel 7 stars.
