What we’ll cover: - My Aged Care: Learn how to access government-funded services and navigate the system with confidence, from initial contact through to service activation. - Aged Care Services: Discover what’s included in aged care services and explore your options if you’re considering changing providers to better suit your needs. -Support at Home Program: Get clarity on the new aged care reforms and understand exactly what they mean for you and your family. This is a session where you can ask questions and receive personalised guidance in a one-on-one setting. Whether you’re exploring aged care for the first time or looking to understand recent changes, we’re here to help.
