We may share your information with the Treasurer’s Office and the Audit Office as required under section 2.8(1)(a) of the Government Sector Finance (GSF) Act. We will not share it with anyone else unless you give your consent, or the law requires or allows us to do so.

You are required by law to give us your information under under section 2.8(1)(a) of the GSF Act. If you choose not to give it, your entity may be in breach of section 2.8(1)(a) of the GSF Act.
