Co-operatives fees
Check co-operatives fees, including the fees to register a co-operative, notify NSW Fair Trading of changes, submit financial reporting and request copies of documents.
Fees are set under the Co-operatives (New South Wales) Regulation 2025 (Local Regulations). Fees apply to the current financial year.
The fee tables display the fee, the relevant application form, and the related sections of the Co-operatives National Law (CNL) for each application type.
