How to lodge your application
You can complete most applications and renewals online.
If you lodge online, you’ll receive a discount of 10% or $5 – whichever is greater. The fee tables show the discounted total for any application you can do online.

How fees are calculated
Fee amounts are valid for the 2026-27 financial year. Fees may increase in line with CPI at the start of each financial year. The updated fee amounts will apply when you next renew your licence or certificate.
Fees include the Compensation Fund Contribution where applicable.
Most fees include a processing fee. The processing fee will not be refunded if your application is refused or withdrawn.

Certificate of registration fees
Apply for a certificate of registration
A property certificate of registration is valid for 4 years. The fee for a new certificate also applies to applications for mutual recognition.
Certificates other than ‘Stock and station – stock only’ are not renewable. A certificate holder can only apply for an extension if they can demonstrate exceptional circumstances.
