Annual fees: gaming-related licences
The information below from Liquor & Gaming NSW is for annual fees for gaming-related licences - involving the manufacturing, selling, servicing or testing of gaming machines in NSW. For information on fees for club and hotel licences see the liquor licence fees section.
About annual fees
Every holder of a NSW gaming-related licence is required to pay an annual licence fee.
This helps ensure that those involved in manufacturing, selling, servicing or testing gaming machines make a fair and reasonable contribution to the cost of regulating the industry.
A renewal invoice will be emailed to you in March. This will contain your licence number and renewal number. Payment is due by 15 April.

Paying your licence fees
Paying online
Use your credit card to pay online.
You will need your licence number and renewal number to pay.
Paying via BPAY
You will need your biller code and updated customer reference number from the renewal notice to pay via BPAY.
If you have not received your renewal notice via email by 5 April please email your full name, licence number, and updated email address to the Gaming Related Licence team on grlrenewals@liquorandgaming.nsw.gov.au
