The ALLF payment notices will be sent to the licensee or contact person listed on the licence record. To ensure you receive your annual fee notices and reminders, please make sure your contact details are up to date using our online form.
Updating contact details
The online form can be used to:
- amend your contact/organisation details
- change premises name
- manage roles
- notify to appoint an approved manager
- notify of new interest in a liquor business
- transfer a licence
- change the secretary of a club
Change of licensee
If the licensee has recently changed, a transfer application must be lodged to ensure the new licensee is listed on the licence record.
If you have received this email and are no longer associated with the above licence, please forward this communication to the current licensee or business owner to action.
Important dates
- 7 April 2025 - Annual Liquor Licence Fee notice issued
- 29 May 2025 - Annual Liquor Licence Fee payment due
- 26 June 2025 - Last day to pay before licence suspended for non-payment and late payment fee added
- 25 July 2025 - Last day to pay before licence cancelled for non-payment.
Payment options have changed
Payments can be made from Monday 7 April. The option to pay via BPAY is no longer available. Surcharge free payment can be made online, by phone or in person using the details provided on your ALLF fee notice.
The licence fee must be paid in full. Partial payments will not be accepted.
