New guidance material released: The Role of the Inspector
We have released new information titled The Role of the Inspector, to help industry stakeholders and community members better understand what L&GNSW inspectors do and how they support compliance across the state.
To ensure this information is accessible to culturally and linguistically diverse licensees and communities, we partnered with Multicultural NSW to translate the information into the top 10 languages spoken in NSW. These translations are now available in Arabic, Hindi, Korean, Nepalese, Portuguese, Punjabi, Thai and Vietnamese.
By providing clear, multilingual information about inspectors’ roles, powers and responsibilities, the new guidance helps hospitality workers and community members engage confidently and respectfully with inspectors while supporting greater understanding of regulatory requirements.
The translated information is now available on the L&GNSW inspectors page.
