Racing NSW

The NSW Government has appointed Jane Flemming OAM OLY and David Tierney as members of the Racing NSW board for four-year terms until December 2029.

Ms Jane Flemming OAM OLY – Board Member

Jane Flemming is a former Australian Olympian with expertise in marketing, sponsorship, and sports media.

Mr David Tierney - Board Member

David Tierney currently serves on the Venues NSW board and brings more than 35 years’ experience in construction and development, stadium and venue management, health and in the Commonwealth and NSW Governments.

Greyhound Racing NSW

The NSW Government has appointed directors for the Greyhound Racing NSW board for three-year terms until December 2028.

Along with the reappointment of the GRNSW Chair, Mr Adam Casselden SC, and fellow directors, Ms Louise Wakefield, Mr Paul Gentle and Mr Greg Johnson, experienced sporting executive and director Mr Craig Meagher has been appointed to the GRNSW Board. Ms Wakefield was also appointed Deputy Chair.

Greyhound Welfare & Integrity Commission

The NSW Government has re-appointed Mr Brenton (Alby) Taylor as Chief Commissioner for a further two years and Ms Fiona Jolly as Commissioner of the Greyhound Welfare & Integrity Commission for a two-year term until January 2028.

Ms Jolly is a legal practitioner and has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a regulator in the marketing and media sector and as a Non-Executive Director.
