Share your experiences to help improve accessibility and inclusion
The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport is developing a new Disability Inclusion Action Plan and Multicultural Plan. The Plans will include actions for us to help improve accessibility and inclusion across NSW’s creative industries, tourism, hospitality and the night time economy.
We’re inviting businesses, venues, operators, producers, organisations and workers to complete an anonymous survey about your experiences in the sector, such as finding opportunities to participate, applying for funding with us, working with us, or delivering projects with our support.
Patrons are also invited to tell us about your recent experiences in places like restaurants, bars, events, galleries, music venues and other creative or community settings.
Your feedback will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve, so our programs, processes and communications are easier to access and more inclusive for everyone.
The survey is open to anyone and only takes a few minutes. You can also email us or request a confidential conversation if that’s easier for you.
The survey will close on Friday 22 May 2026.
