Nominate a trainer
Only an approved trainer can deliver L&GNSW mandatory industry training.
Nominated trainers are assessed against the legislative trainer qualifications and requirements as set out in the Liquor Regulation 2018 and Gaming Machines Regulation 2019.
It is the responsibility of ATPs to ensure nominated trainers are suitably qualified and experienced to deliver the L&GNSW mandatory courses applied for.
There is no fee associated with trainer applications.
The following documents and information will need to be gathered from the nominated trainer and verified by the ATP prior to completing the application:
- current resume
- industry employment references
- certified copy of qualification(s)
- verification of endorsements on trainer's NSW competency card
- employment history that meets the legislative trainer qualifications requirements.
See below for qualifications and experience required.
