Apply to become an Approved Training Provider
Learn how to become an Approved Training Provide (ATP) who can deliver Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) mandatory training to those in the NSW liquor and gaming industry.
Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) can apply to become an ATP and deliver L&GNSW mandatory industry training to those seeking work or already working in the liquor and gaming industry in NSW.
Before applying to become an ATP
To become an ATP, you must be:
- registered as an RTO with ASQA, and
- approved by L&GNSW to deliver the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.
Once approved to deliver the RSA course, ATPs can apply to deliver other L&GNSW courses.
Courses ATPs can deliver
ATPs must nominate a trainer for approval to deliver mandatory L&GNSW courses including:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
- Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG), including Responsible Gambling Board Oversight (RGBO)
- Licensee Training (LT), and
- Advanced Licensee Training (ALT)
