Getting your initial NSW competency card
When you enrol in the mandatory Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) training for Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) with an Approved Training Provider (ATP), the cost for your initial competency card is included in their fees so there will be no additional costs.
Fees can differ between ATPs and you will need to contact them directly for more details.
Lost, stolen or damaged competency cards
You can order a replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged cards in the Competency card self-service portal
If your competency card is lost or stolen, report it to the police and send us an email or give us a call on 1300 024 720.
To order a new NSW competency card, the following fees will apply:

Adding or renewing endorsements to your card
If you have completed your training through an ATP, the cost of your endorsement/s is included in your course fees. These fees are set by the ATPs so please contact them directly for more details.
To renew your existing endorsements, you will need to complete refresher training and pay the following fees:

NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) bridging course
If you have interstate qualifications in the service and supply of liquor, you may need to complete the NSW RSA bridging course.
Once completed, the following fee will apply before a NSW competency card is issued:
