Fee schedule
Below are the costs for issuing and replacing competency cards.
(If you're interested to know the cost of courses provided by approved training providers these will vary as they are set by each provider.)
You can order a replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged cards in the Competency card self-service portal
If lost or stolen, also report it to the police and Liquor & Gaming NSW:
