Continue to deliver:

• New Lisarow Ambulance Station as part of the $615.5 million NSW Ambulance Infrastructure program.
• Palliative care ward in Wyong as part of the $93.0 million World Class End of Life Care program.

Education

• 3,764 teachers receiving a pay rise.
• Two public preschools under construction.
• $18.8 million to continue the Central Coast TAFE Optimisation program.
• Ongoing delivery of the government’s 100 public preschools commitment, including at Tuggerawong and Umina Beach public schools.
• Continued investment in upgrades to high schools in Lisarow and Narara Valley as part of the High Potential and Gifted Education Partner School program.

Transport

• $331.6 million to commence construction of the Pacific Highway Wyong Town Centre upgrade (funded by the NSW and Australian governments).
• $1.0 million in 2026–27 for upgrades to Empire Bay Drive.
• Funding for the M1 Pacific Motorway upgrade from Wahroonga to Beresfield.

Continue to deliver over four years:

• $108.2 million for planning the Terrigal Drive upgrade.
• $39.2 million for the upgrade of Avoca Drive in Kincumber, in partnership with the Australian Government.
• $31.9 million for the Central Coast Highway, Tumbi Road intersection upgrade (funded by the NSW and Australian governments).
• $30.7 million for planning and early delivery for a Gosford bypass.

Planning, housing and infrastructure

• $41.0 million to improve access and increase amenity to invigorate the Gosford waterfront area, bringing the total investment to $49.5 million.

Creative industries

• Continued investment of $1.6 million for the Broken Bay Sport and Recreation Centre capital works. 

Primary industries and regional development

• $630,000 for the Central Coast Manufacturing Training Facility, which will tackle skills shortages, drive technology adoption, strengthen the talent pipeline and boost economic resilience for the region’s manufacturing sector.

Continue to deliver:

• $270,000 for Native Botanical Brewery initiatives to create local jobs and promote First Nations culture through innovative, sustainably produced products, celebrating Australia’s unique botanicals.
• $161,000 for the Regional Media Fund to support local journalism by digitising content, strengthening digital platforms, and expanding multimedia capability and audience engagement.
