Health

Continue to deliver:

• $828.9 million new Shellharbour Hospital and integrated services, including Warrawong Community Health Centre.
• $440.4 million Shoalhaven Hospital redevelopment.
• $220.0 million Wollongong Hospital and Health Precinct.
• $7.5 million Milton Ulladulla Hospital upgrades.
• Funding for the Waminda South Coast Women’s Health and Wellbeing Aboriginal Corporation for co-design, implementation and evaluation of culturally safe mental health care models.

Education

• 2,601 teachers receiving a pay rise.
• Nine public preschools under construction, two schools built since 2024 and 10 schools under construction.
• New co-located public early learning at the new primary schools in Calderwood and West Dapto, delivered in partnership with the Australian Government through the Building Early Education Fund Agreement.
• Ongoing delivery of the government’s 100 public preschools commitment, including at Barrack Heights, Bomaderry, Greenwell Point, Lake Illawarra South, Sanctuary Point, Cringila, Berkeley West, Hayes Park and Lake Heights public schools, and the new primary school in Worrigee.
• Continued funding for the development of the Worrigee Primary School and a new primary school at West Dapto.
• New funding to deliver a new high school in Flinders.
• Continued funding for the Illawarra Heavy Industry Manufacturing Centre of Excellence located at the TAFE NSW Wollongong campus.

Transport

Continue to deliver over four years:

• $1.2 billion for the development of the Princes Highway corridor, including:
  • $788.5 million for the Milton Ulladulla bypass
  • $340.9 million for Jervis Bay Road to Hawken Road
  • $38.4 million for the Jervis Bay Road intersection
• $270 million for transport connections to the port of Port Kembla.
• $186.1 million for the major construction of the Mount Ousley Interchange project.
• $100.8 million for the Nowra bypass and network improvements.
• $21.9 million towards south-facing ramps on the M1 at Dapto.
• $16.0 million for the Tripoli Way extension.

Planning, housing and infrastructure

• Planning for the redevelopment of the WIN Sports and Entertainment precinct through $17.0 million.
• $5.0 million to continue to deliver the Warrawong Parklands seawall.

Primary industries and regional development

• $3.8 million investment into aquaculture businesses to boost local jobs, create economic growth and enhance sustainability.

Continue to deliver:

• $2.1 million Marine Rescue Shoalhaven volunteer base, involving construction of an emergency services base and training facility for wider community use.
• The Shellharbour Boathouse project to boost tourism, create local jobs and grow the local economy.
