Health

Continue to deliver:

• $330.0 million Eurobodalla Regional Hospital redevelopment.
• $40.0 million Bombala Multipurpose Service (funded by the NSW and Australian governments).
• $20.0 million Batemans Bay Community Health Facility.
• $1.8 million Women’s and Family Maternity Care Centre at Yass (funded by the Australian Government).

Education

• 3,132 teachers receiving a pay rise.
• Five public preschools under construction, three schools built since 2024 and six schools under construction.
• Co-located public early learning on two primary school sites, delivered in partnership with the Australian Government through the Building Early Education Fund Agreement at the Eden and Googong West public schools.
• New funding to deliver a new primary school in Googong West.
• Ongoing delivery of the government’s 100 public preschools commitment, including at Boorowa Central School and Jindabyne, Moss Vale, Queanbeyan East and Queanbeyan South public schools.
• Continued funding for upgrades at Googong, Jerrabomberra and the new Bungendore high schools.

Transport

• $100.0 million to upgrade the Canberra to Sydney rail corridor (funded by the NSW, ACT and Australian governments).

Continue to deliver over four years:

• $126.3 million for the Barton Highway Upgrade, including $50.0 million in additional funding.
• $75.6 million to continue the Princes Highway upgrade program for safety and productivity upgrades at Eurobodalla.
• $31.8 million to upgrade the intersection of Yass Road, Bungendore Road and Ellerton Drive in Queanbeyan East.
• $11.0 million for pavement surface upgrades on the Hume Highway at Marulan.

Net zero transition, energy, environment and water

• $6.2 million in 2026–27 to continue the connection of the Marulan Solar Farm.

Communities and justice

• $1.8 million for the Social Housing Accelerator Fund at Bega.

Primary industries and regional development

• $7.4 million investment into aquaculture businesses to boost local jobs, drive economic opportunities and encourage sustainability.

Continue to deliver:

• $196.3 million Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct, providing essential infrastructure to support housing and year-round tourism.
• $5.1 million John Fordham House project to develop a best-practice home in Queanbeyan–Palerang, fostering independence, social connection and skills development.
• $5.0 million Merimbula Airport Stage 2 Runway Starter Extensions, which will extend the runway at both ends. 
• $3.5 million Queanbeyan Basketball Stadium, with the addition of a new indoor sport court and an upgrade to existing amenities.
• $2.1 million to build a stronger sporting community for women with the addition of new women’s changerooms in Queanbeyan.
