Whether you’re seeking finance, applying for a lease, or mapping out your next growth stage, having a strong business plan is essential. The program is designed to help you set clear business goals, map milestones, and develop a structured, goal-driven business plan.You will leave with a completed business plan that you can immediately apply in your business and to opportunities such as financing, tenancy applications, and strategic growth initiatives.

The 4-week courses will run each Tuesday 9.30am - 12.30pm.

Commitment: You must attend all 4 sessions to register.
