Supporting the 1.27 million people who keep NSW running after dark, this plan delivers practical and targeted actions to improve conditions, wellbeing and opportunity for the state’s night-time workforce.

Destination NSW.
Applications now open: Helping regional business collectives grow their local economies from day into night, this program combines funding and capacity-building support to strengthen local night-time activity. Applications close Thursday 20 November at 2pm (AEDT).

Connecting businesses, creatives and artists with districts across NSW, this B2B platform brings together the people and ideas shaping the future of the state’s going-out economy.

Helping hospitality venues diversify their offerings, this program supports them to start hosting or scale up live performances across NSW.

Making it easier for venues and communities to come alive after dark, these reforms modernise NSW’s planning, licensing and regulatory systems to support live music, dining, arts and cultural activity across the state.

Helping business collectives create vibrant going-out districts, this initiative is made up of two separate programs, an Accelerator and a Grant, to unlock the full potential of their areas.

Recognising excellence in going-out areas, this international accreditation program assesses safety, access, amenities and entertainment offerings to promote world-class night-time destinations.
