Neurodivergent / sensory considerations
- Due to capacity limits, we are not able to provide a dedicated quiet space during NEON Forum; however, we are dedicated to making the event as welcoming and accessible as possible.
- We are happy to discuss specific requirements with guests directly. We’ll do our best to support you, whether that’s providing event information in a different format, arranging early access or assisting you to find quieter spaces on the day.
Live captioning
- Live captions will be provided for all sessions in the 3 main rooms.
- We will not have live captions in smaller rooms or workshops. You can indicate specific needs during registration or contact our event support staff for further assistance.
Flexible seating arrangements
- There will be no allocated seating on the day; you will have the freedom to choose where to sit.
- The venue provides clear pathways and accessible seating areas for wheelchair and mobility aid users.
- If you do require a certain type of seating accommodation, please advise in the event registration form.
- During the networking event, scattered seating will also be available.
