  • provide 14 days from the date of publication for public comment
  • must consider all public feedback received during this time.

Once a decision is made, the outcome will be published in this section of our website as soon as possible. Applicants or other interested parties may seek a review of the decision through the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)
