Form ILP4: Notification of changes in registered particulars of an incorporated limited partnership

Use this form to notify NSW Fair Trading of changes to the registered particulars of an ILP, including:

• partnership name or address
• details of partners (name, address, type of partner)
• adding or ceasing partners.

You must lodge the form within 7 days of the change.

Lodge online

To lodge the form online:

1. Select the 'Lodge online' button and follow the prompts to complete the form.
2. If needed, download and attach the relevant form(s) to your online application:
   • Certification and signature by all the general partners
   • Commencing partners template
   • Ceasing partners template.
3. Submit the online form and follow the prompts to pay the fee.

To lodge by email or mail:

1. Download and complete the PDF form.
2. Pay the registration fee online and download a copy of the receipt.
3. Send the form and receipt to the email address or postal address listed on the form.

Lodge in person

To lodge and pay in person:

2. Visit a Service NSW centre to lodge the form and pay the fee.
