I have an Uber/Uber Eats account but I’ve never used it. Which promotion am I eligible for?
If you have never taken a trip or ordered with Uber Eats you are eligible for the new user offers for both Uber and Uber Eats.
I’ve used Uber but not Uber Eats, am I still eligible for the new Uber Eats promotion?
Yes you are eligible for the new Uber Eats promotion.
If I claim one or both of the new user promotions, can I redeem the existing rider 5% rides offer as well?
Yes you can redeem the 5% off rides offer as well. You can add both rider promo codes at the same time and the highest value promotion will always apply first. Once you have completed your first 5 rides at 50% off, you will then receive the ongoing 5% off.
I’ve just signed up to Uber, how can I add the promo code to my account?
Uber: Once you have signed up to Uber, go to Account > Wallet, scroll down, and tap Add promo code

How will I know if the offer has been added to my account?
When you are ready to take a trip with Uber or place an order with Uber Eats, it will automatically show as deducted from the total fare/order value.
How can I book a trip via the Uber app?
- Open and log into the Uber app on your device
- Type your destination into the “Where to?” section
- Select your preferred eligible ride option.
- Tap confirm and then confirm your pick up location
- Track the trip in the app

How can I place an order via the Uber Eats app?
1. Open and log into the Uber Eats app on your device and add your delivery address
2. Enter your drop-off location
3. Choose from the full menu of your city's best restaurants and grocery and retail stores
4. Place your order and follow along as your items are prepared and delivered!
Can I schedule an Uber for another day?
Yes, you can schedule your pick-up time up to 90 days in advance with Uber reserve for important appointments, flights or other commitments. Select Reserve on the homepage of the Uber app to get started.

Can I book an Uber ride over the phone?
Yes, you can call 13-UBER (13 82 37) 24/7 to book a trip on demand, or pre-book up to 90 days in advance. You’ll need to call from a mobile phone with SMS capabilities, as trip details will be sent by text. Booking fee applies.
Can I redeem my promotion over the phone?
No you must apply the promotion to your account via the app or website.
Can I order Uber Eats over the phone?
Unfortunately not at this time, you will need to place your order through the Uber Eats app on your smartphone or you can order on your desktop via the Uber Eats website.
Are there exclusions for the Uber Eats offer?
Yes:
- Promotion is subject to stock availability, operating hours and availability of participating merchants in your area via the Uber Eats app.
- Promotion not valid for orders with alcohol items.
