Making a statutory disturbance complaint as an individual

In order to lodge a statutory disturbance complaint as an individual, you need to satisfy a number of criteria and ensure that you provide detailed information and supporting material to assist us in understanding the nature of the complaint.

Individual member of the community

A person from the community who has support from at least four other individuals living or working in the area.

Individual member of the community due to the nature or gravity of the complaint

A person from the community who seeks to satisfy Liquor & Gaming NSW that, due to the nature or gravity of the complaint, they should be entitled to make the complaint. 

Other

Any other person requesting that Liquor & Gaming NSW consider a complaint in the public interest
