Fee-free training courses
Infection prevention and control
The NSW and Commonwealth Governments are funding fee-free nationally accredited infection prevention and control training.
This training provides workers with the skills needed to follow organisational infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
Training places will be available across a variety of industries. Funding is planned to be prioritised to increase infection control skill levels in sectors such as aged care, as well as for workers in:
- retail
- tourism
- transport and logistics
- hospitality
- cleaning and security services industries.
