Service NSW COVID-19 Assistance Finder

Business owners experiencing difficulties due to COVID-19 can find the benefits, rebates and concessions available to them using the Service NSW COVID-19 Assistance Finder.

The Assistance Finder is an easy-to-use online tool that lists the options for financial support best suited to your circumstances.

Grants for small business - closing date extended

Small businesses across NSW that have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak are able to apply for grants of $10,000.

Businesses must have employees, and grants can only be spent on unavoidable business expenses for which no other government support is available.

Applications close 11.59 pm Tuesday 30 June.

Successful applicants will have the payment transferred within 10 business days.

Cash flow for employers payments

The Australian Government's Boosting cash flow for employers payment provides $20,000 to $100,000 to eligible small and medium-sized businesses, and not for profits that:

  • employ people
  • have an aggregated annual turnover under $50 million.

The Australian Taxation Office will deliver the payment as a credit to the business on lodgment of their activity statements. No new forms are required.

Creative Kids and Create NSW grants

Create NSW is supporting Creative Kids providers and artists and small to medium arts organisations with a range of grants and other assistance.

Creative Kids providers digital adaptation grants

These grants will help eligible Creative Kids providers to offer create online learning activities.

Loan guarantees

The Australian Government will guarantee 50% of new loans issued by eligible financial institutions to small-to-medium enterprises (including sole traders and not-for-profits).
