COVID-19 vaccination bookings for people aged 12 years and over
Vaccination appointments for people aged 12 years and over are available at more than 3000 locations across NSW including pharmacies, GPs and NSW Health clinics.
Who can book
People aged 12 and over across NSW can book a vaccination appointment:
- Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are available to people aged 12 and over
- AstraZeneca vaccine is available to people aged 18 and over
Information for parents and guardians
For people aged 12 – 15, consent is required from a parent or guardian at booking and at the appointment. If the parent or guardian is unable to attend the appointment, a nominated accompanying adult can be identified during the booking process.
