About Minister Victor Dominello
The Hon. Victor Dominello MP, Minister for Digital and Minister for Customer Service
Victor Dominello entered NSW Parliament in 2008 and since 2011 has held several ministerial portfolios.
In 2019 he was sworn in as the first Minister for Customer Service.
In 2021 he was appointed to the additional responsibility of Minister for Digital.
In 2022 he was also appointed as the Minister for Small Business and the Minister for Fair Trading.

Minister Dominello is one of the ministers responsible for the wide range of agencies that make up the Department of Customer Service, including:

The Minister is passionate about driving the digital transformation of NSW government services.
This includes using technology to deliver a better customer experience when interacting with government as well as using data and insights to deliver more informed government decision-making.
