The Customer Service cluster is responsible for customer and government service delivery, property and asset management, regulation and insurance services, revenue administration, and ICT, digital government and innovation.
The Budget Data Visualisation tool represents the Budget Data for Customer Service for the financial years of 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 and now 2017-18.
The tool is an interactive visualisation enabling you to drill-down into the major expenses and revenues for each agency in the cluster, for each financial year. This makes it easy to see where Customer Service funds are generated, as well as distributed and spent.
Where reported, the expenses are split into capital and business expenses, with business expenses further divided into the expense types of employee; other operating; grants and subsidies; and other expenses.
