Contracts awarded
NSW government agencies must make certain contract information public under state legislation. This includes contracts between NSW Government agencies and private organisations valued at $150,000 or more (including GST).
We publish contract details in the Authority's contracts register on the NSW Government eTendering website, as required by the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act). Each contract is identified by a unique Contract Award Notice Identifier (CAN ID).
Public information
The following contract details are available on the eTendering website:
- contract start date and duration
- project details, goods or services provided, or transfer or lease of real property
- estimated payment to the contractor
- description of contract variations or renegotiations
- tendering method and assessment criteria
- any operational or maintenance services to be provided
- information required under other NSW Government legislation, policies, or directives.
We publish Class 3 contracts on our website. You can find them under the Contracts heading on this page.
Agencies are not required to publish confidential information in the contracts register, but they must explain why certain information is withheld. Confidential information may include:
- commercial-in-confidence provisions
- details of unsuccessful tenders
- any matter affecting public safety or security
- information where there is a public interest against disclosure.

To request contract information, contact the agency listed on the eTendering Contract Award Notice. They will advise if the information can be released informally or if you need to submit a formal access application.
