The Bradfield Development Authority is delighted to announce the appointment of Gavin Boswarva as the new Executive Director, Infrastructure and Delivery.
Gavin brings over 2 decades of extensive experience in property development and asset management, having held senior roles at Stockland, Savills, AMP Capital, and Lendlease.
CEO Ken Morrison remarked, "Gavin is a very experienced property executive who will bring a breadth of commercial experience across a range of property sectors to the organisation and will be a great addition to our executive team. His commercial expertise will significantly bolster the capabilities of the newly created Bradfield Development Authority."
Before joining the Authority, Gavin was Executive General Manager Development at Stockland, taking oversight of a $15 billion development pipeline across retail, logistics, workplace and mixed use.
