Warning notice - Do not deal with Raveen Vishal and RPN Homes Pty Ltd

This warning notice has been issued under section 23 of the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW).

Mr Nand (also known as Raveen Nand and Ravin Nand) and RPN Homes Pty Ltd contract to do unlicensed and uninsured work. In several cases the work is defective.

Mr Nand and RPN Homes Pty Ltd are known to operate in Seven Hills, Rouse Hill, and Miller.

Building Commission NSW reminds consumers to be wary of tradespeople who claim to be licensed and to never hand over money without first conducting thorough checks.
