Alaxia Solar Pty Ltd is being given this Rectification Order (Order) in relation to Lot 4320 (DP1240078) 10 Coleman Loop Catherine Field NSW 2557 (the Development).

Alaxia Solar Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the defects as set out in below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
