Patricia St Developments Pty Ltd (ACN 619 944 544) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to address 3-5 Patricia Street Mays Hill NSW 2145 (being Lot 100 DP 1257228, formerly comprising Lots 83,84 DP 13239) (the Development).
Patricia St Developments Pty Ltd (ACN 619 944 544) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
