Summary of Order

• Akkari Constructions and Management Pty Ltd ACN 628 528 843 (Developer) is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to a Class 2 residential apartment building located at 46-48 Holden St Gosford NSW 2250 Lot 5 & 6 DP 758466 (the Development).
• The Developer is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below at Table 1 in this Order.
• This Order must be complied with within the period of 3 (Three) months.
• This Order consists of the entire document and must be considered as a whole. Please read this Order carefully and comply with any applicable conditions detailed below. If you do not understand any part of this Order, please obtain independent advice.
• Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
