Building Work Rectification Order for The Hadd Group Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

The Hadd Group Pty Ltd (ACN 134 116 386) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 118 Old Canterbury Road Lewisham NSW 2049 (SP92716).

The Hadd Group Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
