Hinkler Development Pty Ltd (ACN 168 357 435) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 11-13 Hinkler Ave, Caringbah NSW 2229 (SP/100698) (Lots 27 & 28, DP 15573) (the Development).
Hinkler Development Pty Ltd (ACN 168 357 435) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
