Building Work Rectification Order for McGill St Investments Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

McGill Street Investments Pty Ltd (ACN 164 622 413) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 17-21 McGill St & 114-116 Old Canterbury Road Lewisham NSW 2049 (Lot 1/DP1253332) (the Development).

McGill Street Investments Pty Ltd (ACN 164 622 413) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
