Building Work Rectification Order for MGM Construction & Development Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Summary of Order 

• MGM Construction & Development Pty Ltd (ACN 159 934 102) (Developer) is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to a Class 2 residential apartment building located at 29 Gulliver St, Brookvale NSW 2100 (Lot 24, DP 11209) (the Development).
• The Developer is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below at Table 1 in this Order.
• This Order must be complied with within the period of 8 (Eight) months.
• This Order consists of the entire document and must be considered as a whole. Please read this Order carefully and comply with any applicable conditions detailed below. If you do not understand any part of this Order, please obtain independent advice.
• Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
