Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Murrell Street Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 609 850 053) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 8 Murrell Street, Ashfield NSW 2131 (SP97821) (the Development).

Murrell Street Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 609 850 053) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order. 

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
