Building Work Rectification Order for PNA Property Developments Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Summary of Order

1. PNA Property Development Pty Ltd (ACN 601 159 933), the Developer for the purposes of section 4(a) of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020, is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to Class 2 residential apartment building work at 2-4 Murrell Street, Ashfield (SP102215) (the Development).
2. The Developer is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below at Table 1 in this Order.
3. This Order must be complied with within the period of six (6) months.
4. This Order consists of the entire document and must be considered as a whole. Please read this Order carefully and comply with any applicable conditions detailed below. If you do not understand any part of this Order, please obtain independent advice.
5. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
