Building Work Rectification Order for St Bernards Construction

Summary of Order

1. St Bernards Construction (ACN 167 084 095) (Developer) is issued this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to a Class 2 residential apartment building located at 16-22 Sturdee Parade Dee Why 2099 [Lot 1 / DP 1211758] (SP 93808) (the Development).
2. The Developer is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below at Table 1 in this Order.
3. This Order must be complied with within the period of 4 (Four) months.
4. This Order consists of the entire document and must be considered as a whole. Please read this Order carefully and comply with anyapplicable conditions detailed below. If you do not understand any part of this Order, please obtain independent advice.
5. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
